Services
Drawing Hope Counselling Services offers a range of different supports.
Creative therapy
Using creative therapies like art therapy in counselling can be a positive and powerful way to engage in therapy.
Creative therapies can help you to explore and regulate your emotions, improve your self awareness and self esteem, develop communication and fine motor skills, and find solutions to your difficulties.
No artistic skill or experience is needed.
In counselling, the focus of creative therapy is on the process of expressing oneself, and not on creating a technically perfect piece of art.
